About Us

The Bike and Fitness Company has been a part of the Alexandria Community since 1988 and a part of the Odio Family since 2006.

George Odio Jr. and his wife Claudia work and manage the business on a full-time basis since late 2008.

George Jr. love for cycling started in 1986 with BMX racing at the early age of 5, ever since he has participated in many mountain bike and road biking events as well as the Junior Nationals for cycling in the road race category.

George Jr. and Claudia enjoy recreational bike riding and taking advantage of the wonderful Central Lakes Bike Trail, during the winter months they bundle up and go snowshoeing all over the beautiful Alexandria area together with Santiago the newest addition to the Odio Family.

George Odio Sr. is an advocate for healthy lifestyles helping people of all ages achieves their fitness goals. George and his wife Chris own and operate several Subway Sandwich shops in the Central Minnesota area.

George is highly involved in the cycling community. He has organized, sponsored, and participated in several competitive and non-competitive events since 1973.

Our family invites you to come and visit us, or better yet ... join us for one of our many rides through out the season or ski and snowshoe outings in the winter time.
